Step 1 Please measure your foot length carefully, when you choose the size.    

Feet length is not insole length, insole length is 1-1.5 cm longer than feet length! 

Step 2 Please choose the correct size according to your foot length

For example, If your foot length is 260 mm , you should choose the size 8.5 .
